Concept
According to an article in the newspaper El País (2019) “The cameras that read the face spread through Madrid.” It indicates the proliferation of this type of cameras with some recognition system and A.I. in shopping centers, transport stations and casinos … In 2021 they have also begun to be installed in ‘conflictive’ points in the capital, such as the Little Caribbean.
Project
The project presents a small program made in p5.js that includes the image of a large surveillance camera looking frontally into space. Below this is the word “surveillance”.
